Where’s my order?

Due to the nature of our products, please allow 2 to 4 business days for our items to be shipped out. And then depending on which shipping option you chosen, you’ll receive your product in said number of days. If you would like to learn more about how products are made or why it takes 2 to 4 business to be shipped, visit the about us page to learn more about our business and our products!

Why didn’t I get a tracking number yet?

Once again, due to the nature of our products, we provide tracking numbers usually within 2 to 4 business days. When we do provide one, please allow 24 hours for the system to update to show your status.

Where can I find my order status and/or tracking number?

You find your order status in one of 2 ways. First, if you created an account, you can go to the log in page and sign in to your account. And then from there, hit the ‘orders’ link and you can view all of your past orders and your see the status of your current order!

Second, if you didn’t create an account, you can go to the ‘track my order’ page where you will be asked to enter your order id and billing email. Once you enter those, you can view all the order details.

I didn’t make an account. Can I still make one?

Sure, you can. Navigate to the the ‘log in’ page. Once there, you can either log in or register for a new account! Take note: If you want your past or current orders to show up in your account, use the same email from checkout.
