Return Policy

All sales are final. So you want to make sure you want and like the product before you make a purchase. When buying clothes, make sure you measure yourself before making a purchase to be sure the product will fit you. You’ll be able find measurements here:

However, there are some instances where we will accept returns for our products, which will be stated below.

Important: Before you ship the product back to the return address, please email us first with any problems you may have.

Faulty Products

If the product, such as mugs or flamed photos, are broken, please send us a picture using our contact page of the broken product and receipt, and we will either send you a new product free of charge or refund you the money. In the case of a faulty printing on a clothed item, please send us a picture of the clothing and the receipt, and we will again either send you a new product free of charge or refund you the money.

Please note in both cases, this has to be 4 weeks after the product has been received. Anytime after 4 weeks, we won’t be able to take any refunds or send you a new product.

Lost in shipping

In the case your product is lost in shipping due to a wrong address, please contact us using our contact page with an updated address, and we will send it to you again free of charge. In the case of an unclaimed product due to package services mistakes, please email us using our contact page to get the problem sorted out, and we will send it to you free of charge. When this is the case and if this happens a lot, please include any information that could help us with the shipment of your product the 2nd time around.

Before shipment

If you decide you don’t want the product anymore, please email us using our contact page as soon as you can, because you’ll be able to get your full refund if the product didn’t ship yet. If the product already shipped, you won’t be able to receive a refund.

Wrong size

We understand mistakes happen. And if you happen to order the wrong size or if we shipped you the wrong size, please email us using our contact page and we will send you a new product free of charge. In the case of the product not fitting, we will ask you to send us a photo of the product not fitting and the receipt. In the case of us shipping the wrong size, please email us a photo of the shirt size and the receipt with the size on it to verify that we did in fact send you the wrong size. Once again, make sure you email us within 4 weeks of being received. After that, we won’t be able to send you any new products or give you any refunds.
