We have a 30 day no hassle free return policy on all of our products. However, we ask you to ask email us back before sending any products. Below, we explain in detail what we you to send us if something happens to your product.
If the product, such as mugs or flamed photos, are broken, please send us a picture using our contact page of the broken product and receipt, and we will either send you a new product free of charge or refund you the money.
In the case of a faulty printing on a clothed item, please send us a picture of the clothing and the receipt, and we will send you a new product free of charge.
Please note in both cases, this has to be within the 30 day return policy after the product has been received. Anytime after, we won’t be able to take any refunds or send you a new product.
Lost in shipping
In the case your product is lost in shipping due to a wrong address, please contact us using our contact page with an updated address, and we will send it to you again free of of any shipping charges.
In the case of an unclaimed product due to package services mistakes, please email us using our contact page to get the problem sorted out, and we will send it to you free of any shipping charges.
When this is the case and if this happens a lot, please include any information that could help us with the shipment of your product the 2nd time around.

But we do understand mistakes happen. And if you happen to order the wrong size or if we shipped you the wrong size, please email us using our contact page and we will send you a new product free of charge when we receive the return product.
In the case of the product not fitting, we will ask you to send us a photo of the product not fitting and the receipt.
In the case of us shipping the wrong size, please email us a photo of the shirt size and the receipt with the size on it to verify that we did in fact send you the wrong size.
Once again, make sure you email us within the 30 day return policy of being received. After that, we won’t be able to help you with your any returns.
