Shipping and Delivery

USPS First-Class Mail: 3-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
FedEx Smart Post: 2-7 business days
USPS ParcelSelect: 2-8 business days
FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days
FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days
FedEx Standard Overnight: Next business day – afternoon
DHL Expedited: 3-6 business days
Flat Rate: 3-8 business days
Depending on location and other factors, shipping rates and delivery times may vary. All shipping rates are live, so you’ll see how much they charge and how long it will take to receive your product when you’re on the checkout page.
All orders will be processed and shipped in 2 to 4 business days of being ordered.
How will I know it’s being shipped?
Once you place a order, you’ll receive a email to confirm and let you know it’s being shipped. You can also check your order details on our track your order page, where you will be asked to give us your order ID and your billing email. From there, you can see your order details, shipment details, and more. You can also see this from logging in and going to my orders section on the site. For tracking the actually shipping, you need to use the carrier you chose and use the tracking number they presented from purchasing the product from our site.
Please at least allow 24 hours for your order status to be updated.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship in the United States. But we plan on shipping to other counties in the near feature. We need to put in new features and oblige to per say laws in other counties in order to sell and ship there. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
What should I do if my package never came?
